Your child’s safety is important to us. From our security check-in system, to controlled access, to ensuring that all our volunteers are screened with an interview and a national background check, we ensure that each environment provides a safe and enjoyable experience your child, and peace of mind for you.
PLAN YOUR VISIT
- When you arrive for any service or event at Crosspoint, you will see the archway for kids directly ahead of you in the main entrance hallway. We will greet your family at the Welcome Desk there and register your child for the appropriate environment.
- After you are registered, you and your child will be given matching security tags that are unique to your family. All children 5 years of age and under will wear the name tag portion of your security tags, which bears a code that matches the portion you keep.
- Once registered with us, you will only need to check-in at the Self Check-In station for any event or service you wish to attend in the future.
- If your child needs you during the service, we'll contact you via mobile phone text or by displaying the unique code from your security tag in our adult worship environment.
